Here are some tips to help you keep your skin looking healthy and beautiful all summer long:


1. Stay hydrated: Drinking plenty of water is essential to keep your skin hydrated, fresh and prevent sunstroke.


2. Use sunscreen: Protect your skin from sun exposure by using a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30. Apply the sunscreen every two hours, especially if you're swimming or sweating.


3. Moisturise: Moisturising is critical all year round, but especially during summer when the conditions are hot and dry. Use a light, oil-free moisturiser to keep your skin hydrated without feeling heavy.
