You will be able to choose the type of massage you want on the day of your appointment (Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage or my signature Massage using the Sabrina Hall Method)
The Sabrina Hall Method is a unique method I have been developing and refining since 2015. I believe each person is unique and, has different needs and desires, and this is why I created a method that took in consideration all of these elements.
The results I've had using that approach have been phenomenal.
What I offer isn't like any massages.
Each massage move is very intentional.
I am ever so present during a session, don't follow a routine and I am very good at tuning with my client's body.
I am very meticulous in the way I work and pay close attention to all aspects of a massage session: room setting, massage table, tuning with the client's breathing, skin temperature and the state of their nervous system state.
I have a portfolio of incredible techniques and pick the ones that will create a bespoke experience curated to my client's needs, such as: Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Swedish, No hands, Holding, Grounding, Energy work, Trigger Points and Stretches and, blend some of these with different levels of pressure and speed.
